Setup budget
What does company setup cost?
Your initial setup budget has two main parts: our registration service fee and your registered address.
- Company registration service: USD 300–500, one time. The quote depends on the city and registration requirements.
- Registered-address-only service: USD 200–400 per year. This provides an address for eligible company registration, not a workspace you can use. Mail and parcel handling varies by provider.
- Actual workspace: budget from around USD 1,000 per year. Pricing depends on the city, location, space and access arrangements; some options may cost less. Suitability must be checked for your intended use.
- Other premises, including mixed residential and commercial properties: assessed individually against local registration rules and your business needs.
With a registered-address-only arrangement, registration assistance plus the first year’s address is approximately USD 500–900. Adding basic accounting for a simple, no-revenue company brings the indicative first-year total to USD 900–1,400.
These totals exclude bank account assistance, an actual workspace, taxes and other optional services. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in your quote.
What is included in the quote, and what is charged separately?
The registration service covers company setup within the agreed scope. Main deliverables include the original and duplicate business licence, the company seal, legal representative’s seal and financial seal.
The address, ongoing accounting and tax filing, bank account assistance and any other required services are listed separately in your quote.
Detailed scope and deliverables will be set out in the relevant service description and your quotation.
Ongoing costs
What should I budget for each year?
Your main recurring costs are:
- Address renewal or office rent: USD 200–400 per year for our registered-address-only service; actual workspace is quoted separately.
- Accounting and tax filing: from USD 400 per year, depending on the work involved.
- Other applicable charges: bank account annual fees, payment charges and transaction-related costs.
Accounting fees depend on transaction and invoice volumes, payroll and social insurance work, VAT status and other reporting needs. More active businesses and general VAT taxpayers typically require more accounting work.
For a simple company using a registered-address-only service and basic accounting at USD 400–500 per year, allow approximately USD 600–900 annually for those two items. Taxes, bank charges and other services are additional.
What costs continue if the company has no revenue?
No revenue does not mean no ongoing costs. Address fees and applicable accounting and filing work normally continue.
For a company with no revenue and simple transactions and accounts, basic accounting and filing assistance is approximately USD 400–500 per year, depending on the city and actual workload.
We still check payroll, social insurance, account statements and expenses, then prepare accounts and filings based on the facts. Having no revenue does not mean entering zero in every field.
Address renewal and any applicable bank charges are separate.
Optional services
Which costs depend on my business or residence plans?
One of the biggest differences is your address and workspace arrangement. A registered-address-only service may be suitable for some business activities. Plans involving work and residence applications, premises checks or industry licences need a separate assessment of actual workspace, lease documents and evidence of operations.
Registered-address suitability and actual office requirements must be checked separately for the city and your circumstances.
Other possible costs include import/export formalities, applicable licences, and work and residence application services.
Optional bank account opening assistance: approximately USD 100 per account. Detailed service scope will be confirmed separately.
We help distinguish what you need now from what can be arranged as your plans develop.
What can I arrange later instead of paying for it now?
Some services can be arranged in stages, including additional bank accounts you do not yet need and formalities for activities you have not started.
Plan banking before you need to use it. Consider capital contributions, incoming and outgoing payments, payroll and other requirements. Allow time for account opening rather than waiting until a customer is ready to pay.
Tax filings are not an optional service to postpone. After registration, we confirm the company’s tax information and first filing deadlines. Having no revenue or not completing an online setup step does not automatically allow you to delay required filings.
Stage optional spending around your business needs, while keeping required filings on schedule.
